  I corrected the error with the PCI Encryption/Decryption Controller via this link I discovered after posting here:

  I followed your link and downloaded and installed drivers for both Atheros and Broadcom since Device Manager was unable to identify the hardware beyond what has been noted.
  The question mark remains for both of those bluetooth devices, but Windows says they are working properly. I'm thinking these devices may be for a USB dongle that I have since stopped using.

• Error on Aspire E5-522 PCI Encryption/Decryption Controller - I have attempted 'Update driver' with no success.

  I downgrade windows 8.1 to windows 7. now i use windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
  I have attempted uninstalling the device and rebooting with no success. my laptop use AMD processor
