Are you logged in with Microsoft account or as n administrator into your laptop?
I would suggest you to check if you are logged in with administrator privilege.
1. Login into your current User Account.
2. Right click on Start button and select Control Panel.
3. Select User Account.
4. Select the option Manage another Account.
5. Now you will be able to view if your account is Administrator or standard account.

Right click on Start button, type Device Manager and Enter.
Find the drivers which needs to be installed and also see if there are any warning symbols. If yes update the drivers.
